Spring mattress production process

The first process of spring mattress is incoming material and incoming material inspection, which is the primary process of production, and it is a process that must be strictly controlled. The suitability and qualification of raw materials is directly related to the production and quality of mattress products.

The second process is pleating cotton and spring threading, which are two separate and simultaneous processes. Pleated cotton is the cotton car used in the mattress fabric to the fabric, and the final form of expression is the top and bottom layer of the mattress; the spring is to connect the coil springs into a whole, which is a chain spring mattress. The independent bag and independent tube springs are made by putting coil springs into strips and independent non-woven bags, and then using glue to stick the bag strips with springs into a whole.

The third process is cutting bed and making bed net. Cutting the bed is to cut the pleated cotton fabric to the size of the mattress; it is made of bed net, and the spring net formed by the spring, the chain spring net or the independent bag spring net is fixed with a frame iron, thus forming the bed net.

The fourth process is to make a base. The bottoming is to lay cotton felt or other cushions on the bed net, and then place the pleated cotton fabric.

The fifth craft surrounds. The fringe is to use the fringe tape to sew the upper and lower fabric layers laid in the previous process together, so that a mattress is made. Finally, there is finished product inspection and packaging, so that the entire mattress process is completed.
