Summarize and improve in meetings

 Holding collective meetings on time can promote timely communication within the team, motivate employees, or reach agreements and solve problems. ZOLYTECH has been insisting on holding necessary meetings, including morning meetings every morning, summary meetings at the end of the month, and special meetings to solve a certain project.

  1.“Morning meeting” to boost morale

  Every morning, ZOLYTECH will hold a "small" meeting of about 15 minutes. Two members share their work or daily life. Its purpose is mainly to boost morale and "break the ice" among members to prepare for the day's work.

  2. Summary meeting at the end of the month

  At the end of each month, we hold a summary and planning meeting. Review the work results of the past month and areas for improvement. Plan the work content and goals for the next month. Timely summary review is essential for improving personal abilities, and it will also save us time and improve work efficiency.

  3. Special meeting for a certain project

  This type of meeting is held from time to time, such as meetings for exhibition solutions and meetings for business departments to develop sales strategies. This helps members communicate in a timely manner and make joint plans to solve various work problems.
