The Formobile Exhibition in São Paulo, Brazil, took place from July 2 to 5, 2024. At this event, the ZOLYTECH team showcased a 108 square meter booth, highlighting their products including the WV15 quilting machine, CM2 cutting machine, DB stacking machine, and a linear quilting machine.

The WV15 quilting machine features an industry-first stitch length of 0.5 inches, allowing for a wider variety of patterns and includes a built-in splitting device for precise cutting of borders. The CM2 cutting machine, equipped with a touchscreen interface and concealed knife design, enhances user convenience and safety. The DB stacking machine is designed for soft material stacking and can be integrated into production lines with multiple needle quilting machines, cutting machines, and hemming machine. The linear machine has an independent computer control system, can work with four-head dotting machine, double-head flanging machine, and border decorative machines, and is equipped with a servo system for quilting speed control and breakage detection.
