Two Chain Stitch Quilting Machines Shipped to Turkey from Zolytech

In May 2025, ZOLYTECH successfully shipped two high performance machines from our Chain Stitch Multi-Needle Quilting Machine Series—the ZLT-WV16 and ZLT-WV15—to a trusted long-term client in western Turkey, a well-established mattress manufacturer.

The ZLT-WV16 reaches up to 1500 rpm, equipped with precision HIWIN linear guide rails from Taiwan. It supports remote maintenance and operation, ensuring rapid technical support and optimal performance across borders.

The ZLT-WV15 features a built-in auto slitting system, enabling large-scale production of specific mattress borders, ideal for manufacturers seeking efficiency and consistency.
