IBIA—A Rewarding Journey!

The much-anticipated Ibia exhibition has been held in Istanbul,Turkey on September 28! Our team’s sales managers,after-sales engineers and operations team participated in this exhibition. At this exhibition,we met with agents from all over Europe,and a total of 19 people worked together to receive customers at the exhibition. 

At this exhibition we exhibited the WV16+HM+DB mattress production line.

ZLT-WV16:High Speed Computerized Chain Stitch Multi-needle Quilting Machine

It is the latest type of multi-needle quilting machine.And the max.speed is up to 1500 rpm,which is one of the highest speed models in the global quilting industry. Japanese NSK brand’s main shaft bearings, HIWIN brand’s linear guides.

ZLT-HM:Automatic Hemming Machine

It is an efficient machine,which can quilt four-sides of the material at the same time.The max speed is up to 2-3pcs/min. Also,it is highly automated and cut out useless fabric.

ZLT-DB:Automatic Material Stacking Machine

It is an efficient component of intelligent mattress panel production line.It works with a ZLT-HM Hemming machine to tidy up hemmed mattress panels and save at least 2 labors in this station.It’s stacking speed is 250 pcs/h.

In addition,we also exhibited the ZX+BS mattress border production line.

ZLT-ZX:Linear Quilting Machine

It can work with Four-head dotting machine,Double-head mattress border decorative and Double-head overlock sewing machine,or work separately.

ZLT-BS:Double-Head Flanging Machine

It can work with double-head border decorative machine.It’s max speed is 15-30m/min.

The exhibition was very successful and we had full communication with many customers. At the same time,we also exchanged the latest industry information with our peers.
